MPT Alfred C. Nkwenti is a clinician, educator, and the National President of the Cameroon Society of Physiotherapy (CASP). Based clinically at Kumba Baptist Hospital, he balances hands-on patient care with professional capacity building as a facilitator for major seminars and webinars. Alfred is currently leading a transformative mission to unify the entire physiotherapy community in Cameroon under CASP to foster stronger professional collaboration and growth.

Driven by a vision of professional unity and clinical excellence, Amungwa Jervis Azeh is a prominent figure in Cameroon’s rehabilitation sector. He serves as the Secretary General for the Cameroon Society of Physiotherapy (CASP), an educator, and a passionate advocate for sports physical therapy, particularly within the North West Region. Amungwa firmly believes that the future of Cameroonian healthcare relies on collective growth. This drives his current initiative to reunite physiotherapists nationwide under the CASP umbrella. By fostering national solidarity, he aims to establish groundbreaking career advancement and training opportunities, permanently elevating the status of physiotherapy in sports and clinical practice.

Financial Secretary

MSc in Rehabilitation Studies

Asongafac is currently a PhD in Physiotherapy Scholar at the Chandigarh University, India and a Physiotherapist at the Buea Regional Hospital on study leave. She holds an MSc in Rehabilitation Studies at the University of Strathclyde Glasgow, UK, under the Commonwealth Scholarship. She is a researcher in rehabilitation Sciences with interest in pediatric physiotherapy; telerehabilitation, Artificial Intelligence, orthotic care, preterm care and implementation science. Her research focuses on developing evidence-based interventions and synthesizing evidence through systematic reviews to improve rehabilitation outcomes in pediatric and individuals with disabilities
